Yes, she got fake votes. But there is nothing I can do. I could manually remove every fake vote. But then I'd have to do this on many other pages too. And whoever is sending these fake votes would simply do it again. If I change the code to ignore these fake votes, it would also ignore real votes. There is no way to do this automatically other than limiting the votes for members only. I don't want to force people to register only to give a simple vote.
