What I understand from her short, confusing explanation is that new accounts receive a boost of some kind for a period. Extra exposure, higher payout, I don't know. She just said "benefits". After these benefits end, she just disables the account and gets a new one.If she has fans who will follow her to the new account, then it is all fine. But if she has no fans, this is a bad strategy. A fan base is crucial, and getting new accounts all the time won't help her build one.
