Well, IrisDavis is gone. All the pictures were removed from her profile, everything. But the studio keeps the profile online, holding it hostage. I wish I could ask her directly why she quit. All I know is what some of the other girls said, and you never know how much of that is true.
From what I heard, she wasn't happy with how the studio was putting her to work with other models. The idea was to use Iris to "promote" the newer girls and get her members to spend money on them too. Promote is a nice word for it. It was not really a promotion, it was traffic redirection. Iris would be offline on her account but streaming with another girl, and any member asking where she was, she would say "I am with this model today". The member goes there, gets to know the new girl, maybe spends some money. Money that doesn't go to Iris. It goes to the new model. Smart for the studio, maybe. But risky as hell for her. Her members could simply move to the other models and ditch Iris completely. And for a girl who worked at that studio for over 6 years, that is a shitty way to be treated, if you ask me.
But that is how these studios work. What matters is the members, not the model. The studio treats the members as its own customers, and the girls are just products they can push to those customers. Six years of loyalty means nothing. I am sure Iris understood that in the end, and maybe that is exactly why she left.
