You didn't mention where PenelopeShyn worked, but I figured out you were referring to PenelopeShyn at Streamate. She was also working on other sites. She had no CWSW page, so I created one and moved this discussion to the appropriate section.I also converted the MP4 you included to GIF and inserted it inline in your last comment. This makes more sense.
