It is their home. It is where their family is. A lot of people in this situation refuse to leave. It is just human nature.

These girls have families. Even if the studio relocates, most of them won't be able to follow the studio. They either stay in Odessa with their families or leave their families behind. Taking families with them is not an option.
The studio itself... I think the whole trouble of moving the studio is the only reason the studio decided to stay. The girls won't move with them, which would force them to recruit new girls. Plus, setting up a new location, decoration, equipment, etc. Big investment. Based on what people say here, this studio seems to be the type that would relocate and dump all girls if this were strategically and financially wise. But since this is not a good idea, they stay in Odessa.

From the cases I know, the girls that quit shortly after are due to studios not telling them what they really need to do on cam. Many girls are naive and clueless and go there thinking they will be models, answer phone calls, or just chat. Then comes the first day and a guy asks them to get naked and shove things in their pussies. Most jump ship.This seems to be common in Ukraine and Russia, where many studios don't openly say what they do. But in Romania for example, a girl going to a job interview in a studio knows exactly what the job is about. The turnover rate is lower there.

That is beyond my understanding. MFC is a good site to make money, but it isn't a sure thing in terms of good income. The site is not even the most popular. At least two other sites (Chaturbate and StripChat) have a lot more traffic than MFC, and there are a few others that may not have the same traffic but can be as good as MFC. They have plenty of options. But they insist on putting their models on a site where they are not welcomed.Sometimes I wonder if the studio figured out some magic formula/trick/scam on MFC and will try anything to continue on the site. It is intriguing that their models who were in the top 100 struggle to make any money on other sites. If they are that good, why can't they repeat the success on another site?

And shady is a good word to describe them and the people in charge. It would be great if any girl thinking about joining the studio could find this thread (and use Google Translate) to get a good idea of what they are really signing up for.

They are definitely trying out different VPNs. One of the features on AdultWork is if you scroll down toward the bottom on a models page you will see their country and nationality listed, as well as where they are broadcasting from. I have seen girls have several different countries listed as the location where they are broadcasting from over the past few weeks. The girls room never changes, so they're definitely trying to get around the ban that way.

All that is true about the traffic to those other sites, but I believe the one advantage MFC has is the new model tag, and I think Allure figured it out.

This is conjecture on my part, but Allure used to pair up a new model with a more established model to do shows together on MFC. That way a new model could be seen by the veteran's tippers. And anybody on MFC who searches for new models could come upon an older model they might not have known about. Mutually beneficial.

Since all the girls are on different sites now, it seems like they don't have as many girl/girl shows. They have AprilWong and AlishaBell, AprilWong and AlishaBell and MiaMuse, and MilaVox and MiaMuse, but outside of them, there haven't been any girl/girl pairings since they were banned by MFC.

As for why they struggle on other sites, I think they stink at social media. Besides appealing to MFC when they were banned, none of the girls used Twitter for anything other than the automated MFC messages. Even then, it was probably someone from the studio handling their account when they tweeted at MFC.

Most of them have work Instagram accounts, but almost all are private. Additionally, only a few of the girls use OnlyFans. AprilWong and MilaVox both made posts alluding to being gone from MFC at one point on OF, and there were followers there who didn't even know they were gone.

The average viewer probably still has no idea what happened to them, unless they have found this thread.

They are on different sites because the studio decided to spread them across multiple sites.
I think Chaturbate is saturated, but StripChat could work. Allure could put all its models there and use the same strategy they used on MFC. Honestly, the studio handled the ban poorly. Over two months after the ban, the studio still scrambles to figure out what to do. Their only plan seems to be to bypass the ban somehow and bring back the girls to MFC.

I think they stink at social media

Of course. Otherwise, they would be banned from IG. So on Friday it will be 3 months, and I might as well end all the speculation. Allure Studio indeed was banned for having a man on camera. How do I know this? Because I was the one who reported it.
How did MFC know about AprilWong bringing a man into her room? It was me. How did MFC know about Allure Studio trying to bring banned and/or new models onto the site? It was me. I'll attach the emails and you can check the dates from when I sent these emails to when the accounts were blocked if you need verification.
Why did I do this? After talking to enough current and former models from the studio and hearing their complaints about the guy in the room with AprilWong, I felt something needed to be done. If the studio was going to turn a blind a eye to the guy (lets just call him "J" for sake of brevity) something drastic had to happen.
I was told by current models that they heard rumors about what J was doing with April. They told me they were afraid of what would happen if MyFreeCams caught them. That's when I started watching April's room closely. I was not really a fan of hers. I think she's the hottest at the studio, but as has been discussed in this thread before, she is just too difficult for me to deal with.
When I caught what was happening, I showed the former models from the studio that I know. They immediately recognized J in the screenshots and told me he has been trying to do this with the girls there for years.
I have been following this thread and have seen my screenshots used, which I am happy about. I passed these along to the models and told them they could use them as they see fit. If they passed them along and allowed other members to post them here, then that's a good thing to get the word out.
Anyway I was really pissed off hearing some of these stories. These girls have it hard enough doing this job in a country where porn is illegal, and the fact that J made these girls, who just want to make a living, uncomfortable while facing no repercussions is downright irresponsible.
So after seeing it happen twice in a week, I sent an email to MFC in January. Nothing happened that I saw after that first report. Did they get a warning? Maybe. I don't know for sure.
Over that time I heard more stories about J and another one of his male cohorts from the studio. Again, they made so many girls uncomfortable, and I heard this from multiple models, both past and current, so I wasn't just talking one or two girls possibly with a vendetta. 
When I saw it happen again, I sent MFC another email on February 22. And we all know what happened on February 23.
Did I expect the whole studio to get banned? Of course not. And I am sorry so models who did not break the rules got punished. However, these are the consequences that come when your house is in disarray and you do nothing to clean it up, like the leaders of the studio did and still have not.
J and April were so blatant in breaking the rules that they would have gotten caught anyway. This just helped speed up the process.
Now again, there has been no punishment toward the guilty party. The one who has made models lives miserable for years, and blatantly broke MFC rules. 
So yes, when I see a girl broadcasting from Allure Studio on MFC, I will continue to report them. They seem happy to continue breaking rules, when it was their own stupidity and lack of control that got them banned in the first place. I am fine with reporting them as long as J is around. Because when he and April are over, chances are he will go back to harassing and threatening a whole new batch of models.
The same lack of consequences for his treatment of models for sure helped form his thinking that he could get away with breaking MFC rules with no repercussions. All it would have taken to have prevented this from happening would be a little accountability.
So really, I just have to say "fuck them." I wish all the girls there hadn't been banned, but in the real world any successful business would have nipped this problem in the bud before it ever got to this point.
If the studio doesn't give a fuck about the well being of the girls, why should I give a fuck?

People think themselves as righteous. In doing something they think they can justify the consequences as good or for the better. Maybe the whole story was not explained in detail. Maybe there was some information not apparent. Most of the girls had to struggle because someone thought they were doing the right thing. One girl breaking the rules and someone felt the need to tear down something bigger. Maybe there was action that needed to be taken, but could there of been a different course? I think there was one that had a difference with the studio and this feels more like revenge then justice. You spew your nonsense like you did a great thing. I think you took the cheap route and hurt others in the process.  You act like you did a great thing, but in reality, you just hurt many in the process.   

This really proves nothing. All Emails could of been faked. You spewing your nonsense just to take credit for getting a studio banned off a website. Nice hoax. If true, then a lot of people now know where to direct their hate. Some might think it good. Would you like a pat on the back, a clap of hands, a song sung for your righteous endeavors? Are you looking for people to curse you? Why take the credit for this? Now these girls work on sites they despise. They now will conform or leave for something worse. All the change you brought about is for naught. The studio is still going strong and will keep going. For the owners this was a tiny bump in the road, for the girls,  a cliff they have to overcome or disappear. Who did you help Keyser Söze? What good did you do? All I've seen is the girls struggling to earn a wage, doing things they didn't have to do to earn a few dollars. Did you really help anyone? Did you bring about the change you were so hoping for? Did you really think this would of ended better? Do you even know the situation there and thought it was like other parts of the world? Maybe you should of emailed the authorities in Ukraine to get the studio shut down. Enough complaints and no amount of payoffs would of stopped it. This might of brought about the change you were looking for. 

Would I like to see some changes? Sure I would. I would like to see the girls paid more and the owners not making such a profit off them. I would like to see the studio trying to help these girls with different career options. Better education. I would like these girls to be in the safest environment possible. I have no delusions how it is for them. I wish them better treatment, but I also do not wish to see them hurt in the process. It's sad to say, but certain professions are dominated by men so it is almost impossible to have an all girl studio. I would like to see the owners of Allure try to replace these men with women. Make it even safer environment for them to work. It doesn't help that the owners live in a different country and cannot be there to regulate this better, leaving the girls to run themselves, almost powerless to stop the actions of one or two.

As Keyser explained, nothing was done about it and you can blame the entire Allure studio management for what happened because they did NOTHING about it. In fact, I won't be surprised if we hear news about the gentleman in April's video being taken into custody for the exact same reasons the Tate brothers spent a year in prison for in Romania.

Too many evil people out there taking advantage of young women in dire financial situations. The cam industry has become far too prone to these rich assholes. It sucks that models lost their livelihood because of it, but maybe now they'll think twice about joining just any studio.

 

To be honest, this forum is starting to get old. I am not happy that a lot of good girls lost a site they spent years cultivating. Is What happened with April good or bad, I will never really know, as will most if not all of you will ever really know. Is this "J" truly evil, I will never really know, as again, will any of you know. I agree with everything you said.

Except as dumb as that guy is, I don't think anyone would be as dumb as Andrew Tate to bite the hand that feeds them and keeps the studio safe and protected. Andrew's big mouth and ego is what screwed over the Tates. As long as the Allure Studio guys keep their mouths shut in public and keep misbehaving in private I think there are more important things for the authorities in Ukraine to focus on.

 

And I think the big takeaway from this is if you're willing to take the risk, you have to be willing to deal with the consequences.

The rules on MFC are quite simple. They obviously knew they were breaking them and what would happen if they got caught. If they never broke the rules, they never would have been reported.

It was selfish actions by a person or two (I say that because who knows the circumstances that caused AprilWong to take part in it) that put the whole business at risk. Sometimes the risk pays off, and sometimes it screws over all of your colleagues. Look how this ended up.

 

Well done @"Keyser Söze". I would do the same. I am sorry for the girls who can't work on MFC now. It had to be done. Too bad that this was all for nothing. The studio didn't kick him out. If he is the guy who arranges things with the police, most likely, the studio may be afraid of repercussions if they fire him. He may have enough contacts in the police to raid and shut the studio down even if they continue bribing the police.So, this "J" doesn't do any actual work but merely connects the corrupted police and the studio. He uses his position to harass women freely. In other words, a typical low-life criminal. I would love to see this guy serving some time in prison and have his hairy ass harassed.

 

I don't care whether somebody believes me or not, or thinks that I would fake emails that I sent to MFC. There were people here speculating the studio might have been banned for other reasons, so I posted those as proof.

And I will continue to do so if I see somebody from Allure Studio on MFC.

And yeah, I take it a little personally. This guy was problematic way before AprilWong ever worked at the studio or he fucked her on camera. I know multiple girls who worked there whose lives were hard enough, and he and his behavior didn't make the job any less stressful or demeaning.

And again, I would never have known about this if the girls I knew had never told me. They were obviously gossiping about this at the studio, and they feared they would get caught. This result did not come as a surprise to some there.

Just because this is a dirty business doesn't mean there needs to be dirty people involved. And like I said, I know innocent models were affected too. But just like in the real world, workers are the ones who face the consequences of bad decisions by management or ownership.

I don't know what his official title is with the studio or his other duties, but he definitely uses his position to his advantage. Oh, and since he does videos with AprilWong on OnlyFans, guess who also gets an extra cut of the pay for that?

Believe it or not, there are some studios where the girls are treated well. I am sure those are the exceptions, but it is possible to do so.

There are also plenty of studios broadcasting on MFC where the girls aren't treated well, but do you know what? They aren't stupid enough to break the site's biggest rule, so they can continue behaving how they do off camera and there isn't anything to report them for.

None of the sites are great, the percentages they take varies. Just OnlyFans (as far as I am aware) lets them keep a good percentage. But the studios can also grab their share of OnlyFans money.

I actually helped get two studio 20 agencies in Timisoara, Romania shut down for threatening, coercing and blackmailing models. It's actually quite sad, just how widespread this really is. Unfortunately, I don't see this changing anytime soon in Romania because the economy is poor, the politicians are corrupt ( I wouldn't be surprised it if politicians weren't promoting the industry while receiving bribes ) and so you have this giant vacuum of what seems like an endless supply of young and beautiful models that are constantly being exploited by literally everyone.

 

Two of the top models on LiveJasmin ( Anisyia and Vicky ) along with Anisyia's husband just opened a brand new studio in Brasov Romania about a year ago. It's hard to say if they exploit models, but my experience when talking with Anisyia is that she only cares about herself and has been known to lie about everything so long as it makes her money.

Hi, I just found this thread about the Odessa Allure MFC massacre.  Here are a few facts I can contribute.

1. One of the banned models was divorced but still had an ID under her married name, so MFC thought she was a new model and allowed her to register a second account.  Then a few days later they realized she was with Allure and deleted the second account.  So that's one reason a model came back for a few days before being banned again.

2. One of the big reasons models work for studios in Ukraine is that the studios bribe the local police so there are no raids.  Another reason is most of the models don't have much at home, and the studio supplies nice equipment and tech support so it's worth it to the model to pay for this.  I also once found a small studio that banned total nudity so they theoretically weren't illegal, but the models still appreciated the support.

3. Since the war, the police have a lot more important things to worry about, so they don't really raid camgirls much any more.  Before the war, most of the Ukrainian models had a profile that said they were from Poland, now a lot admit that they are from Ukraine with no bad consequences. So theoretically it's less risky for a model to work without a studio now.

4. I recently asked a Ukraine model if she wanted to work at home without a studio, and she said it's difficult because the studio supplies special software: (1) anonymizes streams so the model can't be located (2) real-time translation so the model can chat in other languages (like Google Translate but integrated into the MFC model broadcaster), and possibly other useful customizations.

Aside: Allure Odessa is EVIL - they are always "fining" models for taking days off, even if a baby is sick or a parent died, or for being late or for not earning enough.  This studio in particular takes their entire cut and then a bunch more via these made-up fines.  As a member whose tips were not getting to my favorite model, I thought about complaining to MFC that Allure Odessa was corruptly stealing model income; maybe that's why they were banned?  (Probably not but that behavior really pissed me off).

6. Allure sends models to many sites.  When the MFC accounts were banned, they sent the models to CB, Adultwork, and many other sites, but still under their Allure contract and still from the same studio building.  I once saw an Allure model on CB who appeared to be doing math while her room was idle, she explained that she was something of an admin and had to enter all the models hours into a huge spreadsheet to calculate pay.  Her complaint was "so many different models, so many different sites".

And here's a news flash - very recently all the models from Kharkiv studio 3fmodels were banned by MFC.  This studio was NOT Allure and was generally well liked by the models, so it's hard to understand what MFC is doing.  These models are appearing on CB and other sites, and not making nearly as much money, just like the Odessa Allure models...

This is a key point I have learned from girls who work there, other members from MFC, and the discussion on this site. Most of the girls there are miserable, but Allure Studio is great at putting on a happy front in public and on social media.

Some of the girls praise the studio and will not say a bad word about Allure. I've heard many of the bad stories, from some of the girls, but others praise the studio. Maybe they are oblivious or just gullible and convinced that there is nothing bad going on. Maybe they think this is normal. So many of them could make so much more if they did it from there own apartment. I know some of these girls live where this is not possible. 

 

Yeah, I can't blame them for working at a studio. It is nearly impossible in Ukraine to do it on your own.

The biggest issue seems to be the studio that they work for. And I have seen the same complaints about other studios that I have seen about Allure. This just became so public because of the way they were banned from MyFreeCams.

 

Desperate women doesn't make miserable work conditions ok. The ones praising the studio are probably already in relationships with studio employees and aren't under as much pressure. Some studios are decent, but almost all studios charge their models way too much for their cut. Imagine being good enough to receive 60% from LiveJasmin, only to have your studio take 1/2 of that. Which means even the really good models only make 30% of their earnings. While not exactly sex trafficking, it's no better than being pimped out like a prostitute.

Yeah, the Oleg/J and April coupling seems to be "toxic" (that's the word my friends from the studio used.)

Getting them to shoot OnlyFans content and taking his cut of the profit is another way for him to exploit these girls.

I don't know how I got brought into this, you might need to go back and re-read the whole thread. I never reported a single model to MFC, although I don't think it's a bad thing that it happened.

The models from the studio that I know knew this would happen at some point and they know about this thread. They still talk to me, so I am satisfied with everything that I have said here.

 

I've said it a million times and I'll say it again. If you don't enjoy sex, masturbation or similar carnal acts, don't waste your time being a cam model. That isn't to say some models don't get away with limited quality shows, thanks to a lot of rich men with a IQs less than 100. I just think this stigma or trend needs to end.
